Hey, it’s the actual creator of the comic this time!
I’ve added a registration button to the menu bar. Usually far more bots sign up than real people, so I’ve been hesitant to do comments, but this might help me find out what’s going on out there. It looks like a few of you listened to Dreilide Guitar Intro 10. I posted it to YouTube at the same time as here, and it’s only gotten one view; which speaks volumes to the value of the YouTube channel. I’m definitely surprised to see that my little website, which hasn’t been advertised anywhere in a year and probably doesn’t have any links going to it, is good for more views than YouTube.
I’d appreciate some fan support if you’ve got it! I don’t know how many of you are real, but I had three book sales last week, so a few of you must be! Everyone keeps buying XTIN though. If you want the waifus to go away, now’s your chance to tell me about it!
I expect this place will start to turn into a blog, which will make the comic harder to read, but if anyone cares about that, it’s available on Gumroad. I’ve got to come up with something I can do when college picks up again, and who knows what life will be like a year from now. I thought I picked a safe STEM degree, but it’s looking like I might as well have done the “lesbian dance therapy,” for all my STEM degree appears to be worth. At least I’d get to see lesbians.
Let’s see if anyone likes guest rappers. Here’s the version of “R Kelly in P Major” that was supposed to go out, but I couldn’t get the vocals worked out in Udio, so I made a version with only the female vocalist. I got the rap version working in Sonauto though. Here it is –

I can’t get the music to play. I am using Firefox, and I can change the volume, but when I hit play, it just goes to the next page. I would love to hear the music, but I can’t figure out how.

Do you have any extensions in Firefox that could be causing the problem? UBlockOrigin will at least block the images. I turned that off, and everything was able to load and play.
I usually use Brave browser, and sometimes Chromium. You could try one of those.

I don’t think I have any extensions in Firefox that could be causing a problem. I also has the exact same behavior in Chrome, so that pretty much rules out Firefox extensions.
I was able to get in to play in Youtube, (after I turned my speakers on, but their is nothing you can do about the loose nut above the keyboard), so thanks for the link.

I just noticed that when you click on the comic, it moves to the next page the same as if you hit the navigation right arrow.
Perhaps that is what is causing the problem. When I try to click on the play button, the right navigation of the image kicks in before the click can make it to the play button and I go to the next page instead of playing the clip.
Just a thought.

That’s a good guess. I turned off the “click image to advance” feature. See if the music and videos will play now.
I also turned off the infinite scroll navigation. That was how I was viewing the comic. I’m seeing bandwidth usage for the music and videos, so it must be playing for someone besides myself. .

BTW, how did you make a comment here? Now that I look at it, it really isn’t obvious. You might think I would have noticed that by now, but I’ve been busy learning about water treatment plants and PLC programming.

At the bottom of the page there is a box for leaving a comment. Seemed pretty straight forward to me. It is still there, but I just hit reply on your comment for this one.

Thanks, “infinite scroll” hides the comment section. I haven’t been thinking about the traditional comic navigation feature at all.
