Just a quick update.  May’s traffic was about three times higher than April’s, which is encouraging, although who can say why it is?  More bots?  Traffic from ComicScout?  Are these blog posts helping?  I don’t know how they could be making the difference.  Things picked up at the same time I started posting, but that could also be ComicScout coming online.

I’ve seen a big increase in bandwidth usage, which I’d attribute to people listening to the music, and watching the videos.  I’m sure that helps the overall project on some level.

So far one person has downloaded the OM-MINUS album from Gumroad (which is free).  If that is you, congratulations, you have the dubious honor of being the only human being, other than myself, to have heard it.  Well, other than a guy who overheard me playing it at work, but he didn’t pay attention to it, so we won’t count him.  I hope you liked it!

I had a few more downloads of XTIN, which begs the question of whether Way of the Waifu was a big mistake or not.  XTIN is really depressing to make though.  I’d rather explore a nice harem than the pits of hell.

I’m working on making a new video for Way of the Waifu, but it’s just going to be a bunch of unused clips from the earlier videos, spliced together in a way that might make some kind of sense.  I don’t have many credits left on OpenArt.AI, and I want to use them to make an OM-MINUS video.  I’m not going to be able to blow big money on A.I. credits again until I’m out of college next year.  My current job is shaky, but it’s the best solution for working around college classes.

I’d like to get into video making, but that costs even more than A.I. credits.  Maybe next year.  I hate to put it off, and I could use the equipment for class, but I’m not at a good point for taking video making on yet.  When I roll, I want to roll with as few distractions as possible.  But, it’s on my mind.
